Counseling Information:
Our
seniors should apply to colleges in September. Many
college priority deadlines are as early as October 1.
So it is in our students' best interest to apply
before October 1.
Our seniors should apply
for college financial aid starting October 1 using the online
FAFSA form.
Course Selection for next
year's classes starts in late January/early February at
the high school.
Incoming 9th grade students registered in early March.
8th grade orientation is on TBA at 6:00 pm in the high
school gym.
Seniors
can apply for scholarships to help college costs.
Local scholarship applications will be available in
January through May.
Our school will be
administering the PSAT/NMSQT on Thursday, October 10 to
our juniors that elected to take this practice SAT.
Our juniors will take the ACT on TBA in the spring.
Our 9th and 10th grade students will take
the PreACT 8/9 and PreACT Secure 10 (practice ACT exams)
on TBA in the spring.
